Keys to a healthy green lawn

• Soil Sample
• If ph in turf is not in optimum range consider an application of limestone
• Fertilizing schedule usually three applications per season
• Crabgrass Preventative applied when soil is approximately 55 degree for several days or when Forsythia is in full bloom.
• Broadleaf weed control usually around April to June  or September to October
• Grub and insect control August to mid October
• Late fall Fertilizing
• Core Aeration and overseeding late fall
